How to reach us
Email is the best way to reach us for order queries, product questions, invoice requests, and delivery issues. Use hello@grofresh.co.uk for general enquiries and support@grofresh.co.uk for order issues, privacy requests, and complaints.
When you contact us, include your order number, the name used on the order, and any relevant photos so we can verify the issue without going back and forth.
What we can help with
If your query relates to a refrigerated or frozen delivery, please contact us as soon as possible after the parcel arrives so we can review it while the evidence is still fresh.

Delivery support
Delivery availability depends on postcode, basket contents, and courier coverage. Chilled and frozen items may have tighter delivery rules than ambient groceries.
If your tracking has not updated, or your parcel has missed a delivery window, we can investigate with the carrier once we have your order reference.
